Hector the Windsweeper is a mysterious wanderer in the world of Distorpia. He is known for his ever-shifting identity. His face changes with the winds each one a remnant of a life he’s claimed or a persona he’s adopted. Once a renowned storm chaser and archivist of lost truths. Now, he roams the wastelands draped in his tattered pancho, speaking in voices that aren’t always his. To some, he’s a prophet; to others, a thief of souls, but all agree that when Hector arrives, change is not far behind.
